Job Title: Electrical Engineer / Technician
Locations: Lagos and Sagamu - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- We are seeking proactive and technically sound Electrical Engineers / Technicians to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of electrical systems within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
- The successful candidate will supervise a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring the continuous performance of critical electrical infrastructure in compliance with GMP and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance and corrective actions on electrical panels, control systems, production equipment and industrial automation equipment.
- Assist in audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and supporting compliance readiness.
- Provide technical support during external audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure including backup power systems, switchgear, lighting, motors, and distribution boards.
- Coordinate the installation and commissioning of electrical components for new equipment or system upgrades.
- Maintain electrical documentation, equipment manuals, and system diagrams in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of electrical faults in coordination with production and QA/QC teams.
- Ensure all electrical equipment complies with GMP, WHO, and NAFDAC standards.
- Monitor electrical energy usage and propose strategies for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Eng./ HND/OND/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Relevant experience in electrical maintenance preferably within a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
- NABTEB.
- Trade Test 1,2 &3.
Key Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of regulatory compliance including GMP, WHO, and NAFDAC standards.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, SCADA interfaces, and power distribution layouts is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, regulated technical environment.

Job Title: HSE Supervisor
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Summary of Responsibilities
- Carrying out a daily routine walk-around of factory/warehouse floors, waste areas, and the environment, as well as inspecting fire and emergency equipment to identify residual risks and ensure a safe workplace.
- Investigate Accidents, make recommendations for corrective actions, and send a report to the HSE Manager
- Review and analyze near-miss incidents and make recommendations
- Conducting daily monitoring/analysis of the Effluent Treatment Plant.
- Documenting, arranging, and filing of HSE documents in line with the ISO standard.
- Assisting with implementing safe work procedures and regularly inspecting job/production sites for hazard identification, reduction, and elimination using appropriate control measures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a B.Sc./HND Degree in Sciences.
- 1-3 years of experience on the job.
- HSE Level 3 Supervisory certification and NEBOSH are an added advantage

Job Title: Supply and Demand Planning Manager
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Role Summary
- The Supply and Demand Planning Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted flow of materials to support production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels across the organization.
- The role leads Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) engagements across all plants and oversees demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and inventory management for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
Key Responsibilities
Demand, Supply & Production Planning:
- Lead monthly demand review and S&OP meetings while managing the demand forecasting and supply planning process to align customer demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.
- Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts, production plans, and replenishment schedules using historical data, market intelligence, and validated demand drivers.
- Translate approved demand forecasts and inventory strategies into executable supply plans for internal manufacturing sites and third-party manufacturers.
Inventory Management & Optimization:
- Monitor and control RM, PM, and FG inventory levels in line with safety stock targets to minimize stock-outs, expiries, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Provide visibility on inventory risks and opportunities, including support for new product launches, phase-outs, and constrained items.
- Ensure inventory and data accuracy by validating AWC, BOM integrity, master data, and supporting periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
Material Planning & Order Management:
StrategicPlanning
- Plan and schedule material supply to meet approved production plans while managing daily order planning and delivery performance.
- Proactively monitor material availability, follow up on shortages, and implement mitigation actions to protect production schedules.
- Collaborate with Direct Procurement to optimize inbound material flow and align volume requirements with planning assumptions.
Risk Management, Systems & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify, assess, and communicate supply chain risks, constraints, and mitigation plans while ensuring clear documentation and escalation where required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Production, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Projects, Customer Service, and Provider Engagement teams to align plans and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing ERP/MRP usage, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing demand review, supply review, and Sales and Operations Planning S&OP processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics and Statistics
- Professional certification preferred: CIPS and CIPM
- An advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Supply Chain Management) is desirable.
- Minimum of 5-10years' experience in production planning
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as excellent communication and presentation.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG will be an added advantage
